In the new app, the user interface (UI) has been redesigned and enhanced to improve user friendliness. Additionally, a number of new features have been added, expanding on the existing functionality. The app now offers the following additional features in addition to the existing ones:

<ul>
 <li>Remember PRAN</li>
 <li>Auto reading of OTP (OTP sent through KCRA)</li>
 <li>FATCA declaration submission</li>
 <li>Aadhaar seeding</li>
 <li>PAN update</li>
</ul>

The app also includes the following existing features:

<ul>
 <li>View your profile details</li>
 <li>View current holdings</li>
 <li>Request a transaction statement on your registered email ID</li>
 <li>Change contact details like telephone number, mobile number, and email ID</li>
 <li>Change password</li>
 <li>View the last 5 contribution transactions carried out</li>
 <li>Contribute in NPS Tier I as well as Tier II accounts</li>
 <li>Change scheme preference</li>
 <li>One-way switch request (from Tier II to Tier I)</li>
 <li>Tier II withdrawal request</li>
 <li>Modify address using Aadhaar</li>
 <li>Grievance/Enquiry</li>
 <li>Generate password</li>
</ul>

Please note that in addition to the basic permissions, the KFinKart-Distributor app requires access to certain functions on your device in order to support the above features:

<ul>
 <li>External storage: to download statements to device memory.</li>
 <li>Call log: to enable automatic dialing of the contact center number. We do not read the existing call log.</li>
 <li>Phone: this permission is necessary for unique device identification.</li>
 <li>SMS: to automatically verify OTPs.</li>
</ul>
